If an item arrives damaged give us a call or drop us an email and we will send out a replacement balloon ASAP. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please call or drop an email and we will refund or exchange. If you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched, please call or drop an email and we will refund. Please allow up to 7 days for a refund.
