The helium confetti bubble balloons are filled with custom coloured confetti and hand made balloon tail. Custom text can be added to the helium balloon as well. Confetti bubble balloon also comes complete with a coordinated tissue paper lined box.

When the box is opened, peal back the tissue paper so the confetti balloon can float on out!

The balloons are made from a stretchy plastic material making them very durable and will last approximately 1-2 weeks.
